How did you get into hooping? I was wanting something fun that was also exercise and hooping is it! Now I am hooked on hooping.
How does hooping enhance your life? How does hooping enhance your life? I get to laugh a lot, challenge myself physically and use both sides of my brain. I love that it is endless, you can just keep learning new tricks and that I can come home and show the family and teach the kids. It also gives me time for myself. Hooping also makes me feel a part of the universe… going around and around.
First hooping memory: A friend had some hoops at her place a couple of years back and I had to stand in front of a window and watch myself to get it.The challenge of trying and the great feeling of being able to keep the hoop up got me interested.
Favourite hoop moves: After watching it done with LED lights it has to be the double weave… and now I can do it too!!
Signature moves: The feral shimmy.
Hoop heroes: BUNNY!! ( of course) and any one who is willing to give it a go
Hoop dreams and ambitions:To still be hooping when I have grandkids and keep having fun. To be more streamlined and seamless, being able to go from one trick to the next easily and smoothly.
